Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota; 2007-2017
Led a team of full-time and part-time trainers to deliver high-impact training to store managers and associates across 7 states. Programs included new hire orientation, manager in training, environmental compliance, food safety, anti-money laundering, diversity and inclusion, OSHA and workplace safety, and customer service. Partnered with Operations and Human Resource teams to ensure objectives and standards were met. Ensured all key training requirements were met and records maintained.

El Paso County, Colorado; 2005-2007
Guided Managers in multiple store locations to deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience, operational excellence, and a safe working environment. Directed and supervised all area store personnel to achieve Region, Division and Company net profit performance objectives. Built a strong leadership team by developing store management including training, coaching, and feedback. Analyzed financial reports and sales, expenses, store labor costs and inventory control. Ensured county-wide guest satisfaction and product quality while maintaining safety and security within the stores.
March of Dimes
- State Director of WalkAmerica (now March for Babies)
Colorado; 2002-2005
Directed and coordinated innovative strategies to position MOD for short and long-term revenue growth including the diversification of the partner industry portfolio and comprehensive solicitations through the largest annual event, March for Babies. Worked closely with five division directors, mission director, communication director, and administrative staff plus regional staff, volunteers and key program stakeholders to maximize revenue opportunities and engage their networks to open doors at Fortune 1000 companies and other major corporations.

Served as the strategic leader providing overall management, planning, execution and leadership for all aspects of division. Led, coached and developed a team of senior executive market leaders in creating mission impact, mobilizing supporters, growing a diversified revenue portfolio, board/staff development, staff development and maintaining overall budgets. Positioned the March of Dimes as a leader in maternal and child health in division as well as established effective partnerships and collaborations with corporations, foundations, community/corporate leaders, government officials, and supporters.
